- Century of Progress Homes
- These homes were built for the Chicago World's Fair in 1933 to show how houses would look in the future. After the fair, a developer shipped them across Lake Michigan to set up a new resort community in Beverly Shores, Indiana. Here the homes still stand. A leasing program has been set up, and lessees are working to restore the homes.
